Eligibility for a Silver Visa (5-year)

In the UAE, the following groups are eligible to apply for a 5-year silver visa.

Entrepreneurs

Individuals in this category have an existing enterprise with a minimum capital of AED 500,000 or endorse an accredited business incubator in the country. The entrepreneur is granted a six-month multi-entry visa, which is extendable for the next six months.

In addition to the spouse and children, a partner and three executives are included in the five-year visa.

Who Can Get a Silver Visa?

• Outstanding Students: This includes,
  • Students at secondary schools, whether public or private, must graduate with a grade of at least 95%.
  • University Students should have a GPA of at least 3.75 from universities within and outside the country.
• Entrepreneurs- People who have developed a project with a minimum capital of Dh500,000 or have obtained approval from a business incubator fall into this category.
• Investors- The silver visa is available to foreign investors (Investors in a property in the UAE) who have invested in a property with a gross value of at least AED 5 million.
